Shipping and Freight Policy
Freight is F.O.B. Fort Collins, Colorado. Orders are normally shipped within two business days from the date of order and arranged with a common carrier. Typical delivery time for a package is between 2 to 7 business days. All orders are charged a $14.95 flat rate shipping and handling fee. All orders over $150.00 ship free.
Return Policy
Bio-Nutrition offers a 30-day money back guarantee for customers. The 30-day money back guarantee is from the date of sale and is limited to retail customers who purchased direct from Bio-Nutrition. After 30 days, these customers may return new, saleable, or unused product in its original packaging up to 90 days from the date of sale. Return of new, salable merchandise is at the sole discretion of Bio-Nutrition and all returns must be in the original condition as sold by Bio-Nutrition. After 90 days, no return of product will be accepted.
Customers who have purchased from an authorized Bio-Nutrition Retail Dealer are encouraged to handle returns through the dealer with whom the purchase was made. If the authorized Bio-Nutrition Retail Dealer is unable to honor the return, Bio-Nutrition will work with the retail customer to handle the return if it complies with the Bio-Nutrition Return Policy.
Approved returns, once received and verified as new and salable, will be processed and credited to your account for future order or credited to your credit card. No returns will be rebated in cash, unless approved in advance by Bio-Nutrition.
